Franchise Business Consultant

We’re looking for a dynamic Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and helping others succeed. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor to our franchisees—guiding them toward growth, profitability, and alignment with our brand vision. You’ll coordinate a team of subject matter experts to deliver tailored support, share best practices, and help franchisees unlock their full potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to consultant for franchise operating units, coordinating support efforts with internal specialists.
  • Lead consulting calls, onsite visits, and virtual engagements to drive performance and alignment.
  • Develop action plans that boost visibility, improve operations, and increase sales.
  • Track performance metrics and financials, helping franchisees stay on course and ahead of the curve.
  • Identify and replicate system-wide best practices to elevate the entire franchise network.
  • Strengthen communication between franchisees and the Michigan Support Center.
  • Support compliance and help underperforming franchises get back on track.
  • Participate in conferences, spontaneous conversations, and everything in between—because connection matters.

What You Bring

  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant business or franchise experience.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, HR, marketing, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, travel as needed, and juggle multiple priorities.
  • A passion for helping others succeed—and the drive to make it happen.

Compensation Details

The salary range for this position starts at $60,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location.

Work Location: This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Los Angeles County.
