Onward Search Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions company that helps educators, therapists, and school health professionals find top jobs with the nation's top schools. We’re partnering with a school district in Will County, IL to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a short-term assignment. This role is to cover a staff leave and may be extended beyond December depending on district needs.
About the Role:
As a School-Based SLP, you will primarily provide services at the Early Learning Center (PreK), with possible support at other schools in the district. You will work with a caseload of fewer than 40 students, providing direct therapy services, conducting assessments, and collaborating with teachers and families to support students’ speech and language development.

Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: October 13, 2025
End Date: End of December 2025 (possibility of extension)
